GAS POWERED GENERATOR TEST SYSTEM

Life testing to ensure Quality and Durability of Generators March 27, 2002 -- Fisher Data Products provides State of the Art   Life Test System for Gas Powered Generators. When a Major Power Tool Manufacturer wanted to provide Gas powered generators it relied upon Fisher Data Products to provide its expertise in product testing to develop a Life Test System for its Quality Laboratory. The result was a  comprehensive life testing system which provides our customer with critical data to ensure the quality and durability of its new product line.

The following is a Brief Description of the Generator Life Test System: Preprogrammed Loads up to 10 kW in 250W increments Monitoring of Current, Voltage, Frequency and Multiple temperature inputs 40 or more stations each with individual program cycle. Data downloaded in Excel® or any other Windows® based Data Base Software Ethernet controlled system which allows controllers to be at remote locations Up to 99 preprogrammed  steps within a test cycle, up to 1,000,000 cycles Limits for each monitored parameter  will shutdown individual controllers. Life test system showing Main Computer, and 3 of the 40 resistive load stations with Control Boxes.                       Custom Windows® 2000 Based Software for Set-up Screens, Viewing Screens Set-up files for Cycle parameters and limits are stored in system for easy recall Test Data files are stored within system, or sent out Ethernet port Life Test System can be customized to meet any application Main Test Screen for Generator Life Test System
