An existing MDF-5000 or MDF-8000 can be brought up to the latest control system available A customer can send in their machine for the retrofit, or a donor machine (when available) from Globe can be retrofitted and the customer machine traded in later.

Rebuild of Existing Rotator to-UR-I Universal Rotator for precise, high speed index of armature including:

-Herring bone belt, servo motor drive.

-Industrial standard collet clamping design utilizing draw bar and Hardinge collet.

-Collet retainer and draw bar assembly

-Collet

-Clean and repaint machine to customer’s specification

-Standard electrical requirements are: 208/240/380/415/480/575 volts.

-3 phase, 50/60 Hertz. However, special voltages and frequencies are available upon request.

A one half inch, 100 PSI (6.8 atm) capacity air line should supply the machine. A pressure regulator will reduce the pressure to 80 PSI (5.4 atm) for machine operation.
