STATOR WINDING MACHINE MSW/XL-90
DESCRIPTION  The Model MSW/XL-90 Stator Winding machine is designed for in-place winding of two (2), four (4) and six (6) pole type stators.  The unique design of this machine allows its use in the winding of stators requiring simple lead pull and cut operations (including up to three (3) tap leads), for manual connection up to the most sophisticated automatic terminal board connection.  The heart of any stator winding machine is the transmission.  The Model MSW/SL-90 incorporates a time and production proven design which has the highest winding speed capability or horizontal needle machines in the industry.  To this basic, proven winding head, we have added the latest “State of the Art” features and options including quick changeover, servo-drive and computer control.  The MSW/XL-90A (“A” indicates automatic load/unload) is adaptable for use with various types of transfer systems, i.e. synchronous, non-synchronous, chain and pallet.
